Why Use a Predictive Dialer? 500% More Talk Time

In short, selling agents will spend about 500% more time speaking to a live human. Since dialers predict based on simple patterns i.e. what % of dialed numbers will be answering machines, they work best with multiple seats – the more seats you have in use, the closer you will get to 100% talk-time.
