Autoresponder Variables
SwiftCRM contains one of the most powerful marketing automation systems on the market. It is much more than just an autoresponder; it can trigger unlimited messages based on any status update based on any lead type. And it’s easy to use! A new feature we have just added is the ability to add variables into any message. Think of a variable as a bookshelf: you can put anything you want into it, but we’ve pre-built the bookshelf for you. This allows you to do things like greet a recipient by name, or include information about your lead to 3rd parties. For example, a real estate agent can include automation to open an appraisal that is emailed or faxed (or both!) to the appraiser, and includes the property address, client’s name, phone, email to schedule inspection, and more. Here are variables you can use within the Automation Settings. For more information, see the help videos. #LEAD_FNAME# #LEAD_LNAME# #LEAD_PHONE# #LEAD_EMAIL# #LEAD_ADDRESS# #LEAD_CITY# #LEAD_STATE# #LEAD_ZIP# #LEAD_COUNTRY# #LEAD_CUST1# #LEAD_CUST2# #LEAD_CUST3# #REC_FNAME# #REC_LNAME# #LEAD_FNAME# (Lead’s First Name) #LEAD_LNAME# (Lead’s Last Name) #LEAD_PHONE1# #LEAD_PHONE2# #LEAD_EMAIL# #LEAD_ADDRESS# #LEAD_CITY# #LEAD_STATE# #LEAD_ZIP# #LEAD_COUNTRY# #LEAD_CUST1# (Custom Variable, whatever this means to your account i.e. customized to you) #LEAD_CUST2# #LEAD_CUST3# #REC_FNAME# (Recipient First Name) #REC_LNAME# (Recipient Last Name) Note: Lead and Recipient are two separate issues to us, for example, say you’re a Real Estate Agent handling a listing: The lead is the home seller, but the recipient … Continue reading
