Here are some recommended providers we know to provide good service, and works well with SwiftCRM:

  • Phone Systems (These also work as fax systems)
    • Virtual PBX (i.e. Multiple extensions, business hours, etc., these also send/receive faxes)
      • Ring Central – We use this ourselves, however, apparently Phone.com has the save service with more features for less money, so check ’em both out.
      • Phone.com
      • Innoport.com
    • Predictive Dialer Phone Systems. Dialers typically mean 500% more talk time – you’ll never leave a message on an answering machine (the system will do it for you), and never have to dial a number. You and/or your agents will stay on the phone, talking to a live body, for pretty much as long as you are “clocked in”.
      • CallFire.com – offers per minute and per hour billing hosted dialers. Upside: easy to start, no minimums.
      • Five9.com – $150/mo per seat flat rate as much as you can talk. Reliable, cheaper if
  • Fax Systems. SwiftCRM can automatically send and receive faxes within the application.
    • eFax.com
  • Lead Providers: We have a separate page for Lead Providers We Recommend & Automatically Import From.
  • Data Sources
  • Accounting Systems
    • ShoeBoxed – Mail ’em a whole box of receipts and they will perfectly scan and categorize them with dates, tally the totals, etc – cheaper than hiring an accounting assistant, and the tax-write-offs you find will easily pay for itself. Until we work out that whole receipts-to-cel-phones like Japan has, this is the next best thing. Has an iPhone app too, and you can email in receipts – I even set up automatic rules so that emails with the word “receipt” go to my shoeboxed account, putting all my spending records in one neat place that integrates with SwiftAccount.com aka SwiftCRM’s accounting functions.
  • Direct Mail / Print-Mail:
    • SendOutCards – for about $1.04 they’ll print, stamp, and mail a card for you, totally hands-free. Birthday cards, and so much more.
    • ExpressCopy. This is our #1 choice for real estate mass marketing, because once an order/account is established, they’ll accept email orders. This means, for example, that a data provider (i.e. RedX, in the the case of expired listings) can be routed to ExpressCopy directly, making your marketing truly 100% hands-free, once you set everything up. • PrintPlace – Great for Bulk Direct Mail (not handwritten) – these guys will print and mail your mailers for you, have a lot of templates, rapid service. Click here for free mail handling.
  • Getting Website Traffic:
    • SpyFu.com – this is to spy on your competitors keywords. Most important is seeing what works over time i.e. if they buy keywords, then quit the following week, they may have not converted well, but if they’ve been buying a keyword for two months and paying for it, it’s probably working. Free Trial – “Cash In on Your Competitor’s Research” – is their tagline, and it’s frankly true – click here to learn more.
  • Mass Email. We officially support and use ourselves one provider:
    • Aweber. Click here for Risk-Free Test Drive. This will allow you to mass email lists of people. Note there are several major providers of this, however, we have seen their messages get through the spam filters more reliably than any other provider, including Constant Contact, Mailchimp, etc. – though that’s a completely unscientific test, and if you are fiercely a believer in one of the other providers, let us know and we’re open to integration if you’re a real-world paying subscriber. Aweber is the oldest and most established mass email provider. The sequential autoresponders we generally recommend using our internal “Automation” system, because it is far more powerful – Aweber you’d just want to use for strictly opt-in mass email marketing.
