Years ago, I built an application called Lendermate, which was a sales automation system specific to the mortgage industry. While the sales adoption never took off like we\’d hoped, it was a fiercely useful application with a small but loyal group of users.
It\’s with great pride that we launch SwiftCRM. This application is essentially Lendermate 4.0, but suitable for just about any industry in which sales happen with more than one call. If you sell retail with an average sale at less than $100, you probably don\’t need CRM – but for any sales higher than that, you\’re absolutely losing money if you\’re not managing your clients.
There are several other CRM\’s out there, each with merits and benefits. Our focus is on automation – building a framework for you to have a robotic sales army. That sounds a bit \”techy\” (even \”trekkie\”!), but let\’s face it: business is competitive, and in order to achieve the sales goal you may have, you will need more help.

The application is designed for sharing of leads and transactions among multiple people such as processors, transaction coordinators, vendor rep\’s, etc. Last, because it\’s a 100% web-based CRM, you never need to worry about backups, software to install and then later upgrade, viruses, sync\’ing data between home and work and your phone – it\’s all handled for you. Just as you watch television and the signal comes from a remote location, so can all your services.
This web-based platform also allows for unprecedented levels of automation. You can automatically trigger emails, faxes, SMSs, even postal mail based on a variety of \”triggers\”, including things as simple as being late.
