This Employment Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date] by and between:
WHEREAS, Company is a licensed pest control business and desires to employ Employee to perform pest control services, and Employee desires to be employed by Company in such capacity.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Employment
Company agrees to employ Employee, and Employee agrees to be employed by Company, in the position of Pest Control Technician, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Responsibilities
Employee agrees to perform all duties and responsibilities associated with the position of Pest Control Technician, as outlined in the attached Job Description (Exhibit A), which is incorporated herein by reference.
3. Wages and Benefits

Employee acknowledges that the work of a Pest Control Technician may involve certain inherent risks, including exposure to pesticides, chemicals, and potentially dangerous environments. Employee agrees to waive any and all claims against the Company arising out of or related to such risks, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Background Check and Drug Screening
Employee agrees to undergo a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.
10. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Employee agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as all Company policies and procedures.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State].
13. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
