We are seeking 3 roles:

  1. Solo Cleaner — dependable, detail-oriented pros who want steady clients and recurring routes.
  2. Crew Lead / Team Captain — experienced cleaner who can lead 1–3 assistants, run checklists, manage quality, and communicate with clients.
  3. Assistant / Trainee — no experience needed; we’ll train! Must be reliable, coachable, and able to lift 35–40 lbs.

90% of our work is residential (upper-middle-class neighborhoods + small offices). We value punctuality, friendliness, and pride in a job well done.

We’re hiring Solo Cleaners, Crew Leads, and Assistants for recurring home cleanings, deep cleans, and move-out jobs. You’ll serve great clients, use proven checklists, and (for leads) help train and guide teammates.

What’s Required?

  • Arrive on time, follow checklists, and deliver consistent quality (kitchens, baths, dusting, floors, tidying).
  • Professional, respectful communication with clients and teammates.
  • Follow safety protocols; protect client property; lockup and alarm procedures when needed.
  • Smartphone (for schedules, routes, photos, notes). Comfortable using simple apps.
  • Transportation: Solo/Crew Leads need reliable transportation; Assistants can carpool with a Lead (when available).
  • For Crew Leads: experience running 1–3 person crews and owning quality control.

Nice-to-Haves (not required): Your own vac, caddy, mop system; eco products experience; move-out / post-renovation experience; small office/night cleaning.

Pay & Growth

  • Solo Cleaners: competitive job-based/route pay; strong performers earn more on recurring clients.
  • Crew Leads: higher pay per job + leadership premium + quality/5★ bonuses.
  • Assistants: hourly; rapid path to Solo or Lead with performance.
  • Bonuses for on-time, 5★ reviews, upsells, and referrals (we track this fairly).
  • Flexible schedules (weekday, some weekend options). Build routes near your home when possible.
