1. Scope of Work:

- Removal of dirt, mildew, stains, and debris

8. Electrical Usage:
If necessary, the Client agrees to provide access to electrical outlets for the Contractor’s equipment. The Contractor is not responsible for any electrical issues that may arise during the service.

9. Color and Tone Concerns:
The Client acknowledges that pressure washing may cause slight variations in colour or tone on the cleaned surfaces. The Contractor is not responsible for such variations.

10. Courtesy:
The Contractor and its employees will conduct themselves professionally and courteously while on the Client’s property.

11. Payments:

12. Scheduling:

14. Damages:
The Contractor will take reasonable care to prevent damage to the Client’s property. However, the Contractor is not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage caused by the Client’s failure to correctly prepare the area for cleaning.

15. Stains:
The Contractor will try to remove stains; however, some may be permanent and cannot be completely removed, so the Contractor does not guarantee complete stain removal.

16. Watertight:
The Client ensures that windows, doors, and other openings are watertight. The Contractor is not responsible for water intrusion resulting from inadequate seals or closures.

17. Window Spotting:
Pressure washing may cause spotting on windows. The Contractor will make reasonable efforts to minimize spotting but is not responsible for cleaning windows post-service.

18. Concrete:
The Contractor will clean concrete surfaces but is not responsible for any cracks, chips, or other issues that may arise from the pressure washing process due to pre-existing conditions.

19. Customer Responsibilities:
The Client agrees to provide clear instructions and access to the property and ensure that all pets and children are kept from the work area during the service.

20. Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. In the event of termination by the Client, after work has commenced, the Client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

21. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [Your State].
