CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made with  ("we," "us," or "our") for limousine and black car services in the United States. By making a reservation, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.


1. Cancellation by Client:

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the service type and notice provided.

1.1 Standard Transfers (Airport, Point-to-Point):

  • More than  Hours Notice: Cancellations made more than hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made, less a $  processing fee.
  • to Hours Notice: Cancellations made between and hours will incur a $ [ cancellation fee.
  • Less than [Number] Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than  hours will be charged the full quoted fare.

1.2 Hourly/As-Directed Service:

1.3 Special Events (Weddings, Proms, Concerts, etc.):

1.4 Non-Refundable Bookings:
Certain promotional fares or pre-paid bookings are non-refundable at the time of booking. This will be clearly stated during the booking process.

1.5 "No-Show" Policy:
If the Client fails to appear at the scheduled pick-up location without notifying us, the full quoted fare will be charged. A waiting period of  minutes will be granted for airport pickups and  minutes for point-to-point pickups.


2. Cancellation by :

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Vehicle malfunction
  • Driver illness or unavailability
  • Unsafe weather conditions
  • Road closures or traffic emergencies
  • Acts of God, war, terrorism, or government regulations

In case of cancellation by us, we will:

  • Notify the Client ASAP.
  • Attempt to arrange alternative transportation (if possible).
  • Provide a full refund of any deposit or payment made.

6. Waiting Time:

  • Airport Pick-ups: Complimentary waiting time of  minutes.
  • Other Pick-ups: Complimentary waiting time of  minutes.
    Additional waiting time will incur charges as per standard rates.

7. Force Majeure:
Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure (e.g., acts of God, war, civil unrest, etc.).
