This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Date], by and between [Photographer Name] ("Photographer") and [Client Name] ("Client").
1. Services
The Photographer agrees to provide wedding photography services to the Client for their wedding event scheduled to take place on [Wedding Date] at [Venue Name], located at [Venue Address].

3. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the Photographer a total fee of [Total Amount] for the photography services rendered. A non-refundable retainer fee of [Retainer Amount] is due at the time of booking to secure the Photographer's services for the specified date. The remaining balance of [Balance Amount] is due no later than [Payment Due Date] prior to the wedding date.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
In the event that the Client cancels the wedding or changes the wedding date, the retainer fee shall be forfeited. If the Photographer is unable to perform the services on the scheduled date due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule the services to a mutually agreed-upon date. If rescheduling is not possible, the Photographer's liability shall be limited to the refund of the retainer fee.
5. Copyright and Usage
The Photographer retains all copyright and ownership rights to the photographs taken during the wedding event. The Client is granted personal, non-commercial use of the photographs for sharing, printing, and displaying purposes. The Client agrees not to edit, alter, or modify the photographs without the Photographer's written consent.
6. Model Release
The Client grants the Photographer permission to use the photographs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Photographer's website, portfolio, social media, and marketing materials, unless otherwise specified in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
In the event that the Photographer is unable to fulfill this Agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, injury, equipment failure, or other emergencies, the Photographer's liability shall be limited to a full refund of all payments received.
8. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Photographer from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Client's actions or omissions during the wedding event.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Province], without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
