This Search Engine Optimization Contract ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [DATE] by and between:

  • On-page optimization (title tags, meta descriptions, content optimization)
  • Off-page optimization (link building, content marketing)
  • Technical SEO audit and implementation
  • Competitor analysis
  • Reporting and analytics

A detailed outline of the specific services to be provided will be attached as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.

  1. Project Goals: The primary goal of this Agreement is to improve the search engine ranking of Client's website for the following target keywords:

Secondary goals may be established and documented upon mutual agreement.

  • Implement any recommended website changes within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Provide high-quality content for the website, if applicable.

  1. Disclaimer of Guarantees: SEO Provider cannot guarantee specific search engine ranking results due to the dynamic nature of search algorithms. However, SEO Provider agrees to use best practices and industry standards to achieve optimal results.

  2. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to hold confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party during the course of this Agreement.

  3. Termination: This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon [Number] days' written notice to the other party. This Agreement may also be terminated by either party for cause, such as material breach of contract by the other party.
