1. Term

4. Confidentiality

Employee acknowledges that during the course of employment, Employee may be exposed to confidential information of Employer. Employee agrees to hold in confidence and not to disclose to any third party any such confidential information without the prior written consent of Employer.

5. Return of Property

Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, Employee shall promptly return to Employer all property of Employer, including but not limited to, laptop computers, mobile phones, confidential documents, and any other Employer property in Employee's possession or control.

6. Expenses

Employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable business expenses incurred by Employee in connection with the performance of his/her duties hereunder, upon submission of proper documentation and in accordance with Employer's expense reimbursement policy.

7. Employee Representations and Warranties

Employee represents and warrants that:

  • Employee has the right to enter into and perform this Agreement.
  • Employee is qualified to perform the duties assigned hereunder.
  • Employee's employment with Employer will not violate any agreements to which Employee is a party.

8. No Modification Unless in Writing

This Agreement may not be modified or amended except by a written agreement signed by both parties.

9. Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State].

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

11. Severability
